Ryume and Keima!
Let us tell you a story…
For centuries, Ryume and Keima played a neverending game of shogi in the grand halls of Marchenghast Castle, always in check but never in checkmate. One day Keima made a surprising suggestion.
“Ume, the echoes have grown too loud, shall we stop?”
“I haven’t won yet!” replied the more stubborn Ryume. “Kei, you’re speaking like a mad king.”
But Keima’s curiosity had outgrown her pride and she resigned the game. In different ways they were both longing for something new, so it wasn’t long before they finally set hoof outdoors and found themselves in Jorvik—Ryume intrigued by riders who can match his fire, and Keima excited for exploration.
Deep down, neither counts a resignation as a win, and Ryume especially hopes for a rematch. Turns out their friendly rivalry isn't bound by castle walls.
They have now found their way down to the Medieval Camp, where they eagerly away any brave knights who want to bring them along for new adventures! They’ll join your stables for 950 Star Coins if you’ve reached player level 9. We’ve also heard that they’ll be great company if you’re having a barbecue… Try out their special trick when in their magical form, or ask them to rear! Just watch your eyebrows. If scales and fire is not for you, you can simply press ‘H’ to change them into a more subtle, natural looking Friesian horse!
Joining the big dragons are also the two matching, smaller companions! You can find Onyx and Bronwyn for 450 Star Coins in the dragon tent.
Dressing for Dragons!
Nothing says "medieval" like wearing the faux hide of a scaly Obsidian Dragon! Don’t worry, Ryume was not harmed in the making of this set.
Maybe you’re more of a tamer of beasts? If so, you can train beasts of the medieval or modern age wearing this protective gear beautifully crafted from faux Dragon Leather! You’ll find both sets at the Medieval Camp, and the Global Store!
New Names!
Ever felt like you were out of good names to give your horse? Well, we’ve just added a whole bunch more to both the first and second options! With these new additions, we now have over 550 THOUSAND different combinations available - that’s quite a few!
To celebrate, we’re reducing the price for changing your horse's names - for the next two weeks, until the Wednesday update on February 26th, it will cost 75 Star Coins instead of the usual 135 Star Coins! To change your horse's name, either go to a notary on Jorvik, or click your horse's name in the character sheet.
