Hello StarFam! For a couple of weeks every year, the ghosts of Jorvik come alive to cause a commotion… We’ll be celebrating Halloween until November 8th, so you’ve got plenty of time to check out all the spooky happenings!
Help the ghosts of Jorvik find their way to the other side!
Mrs. Holdsworth is a kind old lady who always cares for others, including the ghosts of Jorvik… Right now there’s a bunch of ghosts that have got themselves lost on the island, and if you talk to Mrs. Holdsworth, she’ll teach you a trick for helping them find peace. The ghosts will also give you little rewards for helping them!
There’s a total of 29 lost ghosts in Jorvik that need your help. Remember to talk to Mrs. Holdsworth before you try to help them!

Scary cool fashion!
Around all of Jorvik’s main villages you’ll now find Halloween stores, where you can buy cool Halloween rewards from previous years! Think skeleton suits, vampire jackets, and a number of cool masks… We’ve also thrown in a bunch of brand new items for your horse!
You’ll also find that we’ve revamped the store! We’ve made it easier to change the camera angle and to zoom in and out when you’re inspecting the items you want to buy. We’d love to hear your feedback on this new feature!
Play with the ghosts in the basement of Silverglade Castle!
Wanna try out a fun mini game? Pay Eve a visit! You’ll find her in the basement of Silverglade Castle, playing with the ghosts who live there! Eve’s put together a fun mini game that’s only available during Halloween. Don’t miss out!
Fae’s Halloween costume
Have you met Eve’s twin sister, Fae? She’s run into a few problems with Eve’s ghosts this year… Fae’s going to a Halloween party and is working on an outfit, but the ghosts from the castle basement have hidden the material she was using and she needs your help getting it back! You’ll find Fae in the field north of Barney’s silo – if you hurry up, she might make a cool costume for you as well!

Have you met the Pumpkin Lady?
On Nilmer’s Highland you’ll find a very special lady who’s lost her three horses. She needs your help finding them again – and if you help her, you’ll be rewarded with a very special powder! Dust your Jorvik Warmblood with the powder to get a real Halloween surprise…
A brand new Halloween store!
Speaking of the Pumpkin Lady, we’ve got something brand new to offer you this Halloween! As well as our usual Halloween store, this year we’ve added an extra store where you can buy six different types of magical powder to be used on your starter horse. Three of these powders will give your horse a whole new look for 15 minutes, while the other three will give your horse a cool effect for 15 minutes. All players will be able to see your horse’s new look, while the special effects will only be visible to you. If you want to try a different powder before the 15 minutes are up, you can always turn off the effect using the button next to your horse’s name in the top left corner of your screen.
To use the powder, here’s what to do:
★ Buy the powder you want
★ Standing on the ground next to your starter horse, drag the powder from your backpack to your horse
★ Ta-da!
These powders also come in discounted value packs of 5, 10 and 15!
The Horse Market
Eddie’s and Ferdinand’s horses reportedly spotted Galloper Thompson one night, and were so terrified they ran off! The Horse Market will remain closed this week while Eddie and Ferdinand are off fetching their horses.

It is Halloween after all, so we’ve created a new loading screen to welcome you when you launch the game!
