Star Rider Test

We're in the process of testing a new offer where you can purchase Star Rider at a lower price with no Star Coin allowance. This offer is currently available to a small percentage of Star Riders. To preserve the validity of the test results, we didn’t communicate this, but we want to address some of your questions and concerns!

Why are we offering a new Star Rider subscription?

We’ve received requests to offer Star Rider subscriptions at a more accessible price point for our players. So, we’re exploring Star Rider offers that are more affordable while still maintaining a healthy business model. We tested this Star Rider subscription in a few countries and have now expanded, giving more players access to the game!

Is this permanent?

This is only a test, and nothing is set in stone until we have received the results! Until then, if you wish to add allowance to your Star Rider subscription by paying the difference, you can reach out to support. 

Will my Star Rider subscription change?

If you have purchased Pay Once Star Rider with allowance, you will always have your weekly allowance of 100 Star Coins available!

Why didn’t I get to choose the type of Star Rider subscription?

We understand that some players might want to choose which test group they were a part of, but in order to get accurate analysis in A/B testing, the test groups should not be aware of other offers as to not impact the validity of the test results.
