Exciting Updates to Customer Support!

We recently welcomed a new team of primarily English-speaking customer support agents. These agents are equipped with the training and knowledge to tackle our most common issues, and will provide the help you need whenever you reach out to us.They can't wait to meet you and will go above and beyond to ensure you have a fantastic experience with us!

But that’s not all, starting February 27th, Customer Support will be available in the same 14 languages supported by Star Stable Online! You might wonder, how does this work if our agents are English-speaking?

To support all 14 languages, we will use a translation tool to understand the requests you send us. When our agents reply, their responses will be written in English but will also be translated into your preferred language. This means you’ll receive our reply in both English and the language you used to contact us!

An established third-party tool will handle these translations. As with any technology, there could be limitations on the quality. We will continuously evaluate and do what we can to improve. If you notice that a translated response doesn’t align with the English version, please let us know. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us identify and address any issues with the translation tool.

We’re trying our best to help as many of you as possible, but it might take a little longer than usual to receive help.
